Case Study: Bridge Formwork Support with Adjustable Props

Bridge decks demand stable, level formwork support, often over uneven or sloping ground. This project shows our system at work.

The challenge

The deck soffit had to be held at an exact level while the ground below varied, and the support had to stay stable under construction traffic.

The solution

  • Shoring frames and props to build the support towers
  • Base jacks to absorb the ground slope and level the towers
  • U-head jacks to set the soffit height precisely
  • Bracing for lateral stability

The result

The formwork stayed level and stable through the pour, and the modular components were reused on adjacent spans, cutting cost per span.

We can size a shoring solution for your deck — send the geometry and loads.
